The amazingly attentive staff was much appreciated. Units with twin beds for our kids. The pool was nice and we had good drinks in the poolside bar.

I was there for 5 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for Dinner. The bed was comfortable, enjoyed it, and the staff were top-class and very helpful people with a wheelchair. The location was stunning and excellent, just 5 minutes walk from Langosta Beach.

The place was clean with a really kind staff from the housekeepers. The hotel location was marvellous contrary to huge tower-block hotels in the area. Further, it was so close to the different restaurants, Captain Hook and Jolly Roger, and Mexico before and all inclusive resorts all over the world.

Location right by Royal Cancun for years and a Caribbean beach and Centro. Delicious drinks at poolside bar, good service. Late check-out.

It has genuinely helpful and exceptionally attentive staff from the housekeepers. Location is excellent and unbeatable, close to the ferry for Isla Mujeres. And it's just off The Sports Bar and approximately 5 other restaurants that are located in other Royal resorts in Cancun and the attractions in cancun.

We were immediately welcomed by Jeremias Chi, who has been serving guests at The Royal for over 25 years. The resort has an intimate feel with beautiful palm trees and shade-providing palapas on the beach. The shallow and calm water allowed us to enjoy paddle-boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling right from the resort. The staff, like Jose Dzib at the front desk and Eder, Manuel, Lorenzo, Angel, and Pedro at the bars. The onsite restaurants offered delicious food with a Mexican flair. we felt welcomed and had a wonderful experience.
